Accessing the Bromcom support desk
Those who purchased support from Bromcom (rather than a third party support centre) should have been registered for our helpdesk and the support portal on or shortly after your go-live date. Free training for new schools
We know that many customers did not have time for full training before joining us, and to that end, we’re running free new customer training throughout April and May. These are short sessions on key topics that you or your colleagues may find helpful. Please use links below to register.

Support for your first Census
Those who went live since January will be doing their first Census on Bromcom.

Remember that new customers who have purchased support from Bromcom are also entitled to transition calls from a customer success manager. These calls can be used to look at the Census with an experienced trainer, to help ease the pressure on your school. Please enquire with your customer success manager about getting one of these calls booked in.

Finding other schools who are new to Bromcom
Bromcom’s online forum is being re-launched in early May 2022. It will be available via the support site help.bromcom.com and you’ll receive an email when you are ready to access it. This will help you join up with other schools and share best practice.
We’re also running user groups over the summer term. Again, you’ll hear more about these soon. If you want to host a user group then please email email@example.com
