Access: for the minimum permissions required to access the built in Stage Assessment Reports covered in this guide go to Config>Set Up>Roles and Permissions, choose the required Role from the drop down, then choose Assessment from the Module dropdown

Go to Reports>Assessment>Stage Assessment to access the following Reports
Comparative Report
Use this Summary Report to analyse Test Scores and Outcomes in Percentages to compare against National Figures
Click the Find button to open the select Student Selector and select the required Students and then choose from the Key Stage dropdown and then the required Assessment Year

Pupil Report
This individual Pupil Report can be used to Report to Parents to show a Students Test Results and Outcomes. You also have the option to Include Free Text in the Pupil Report
Click the Find button to open the select Student Selector and select the required Students and then choose from the Key Stage dropdown and then the required Assessment Year plus choose to include Teacher Assessments and/or Targets and Tests if required

Results by Pupil
Use this Pupil List Report to see how Students performed across Teacher Assessments or Targets and Tests
Click the Find button to open the select Student Selector and select the required Students and then choose from the Key Stage dropdown and then the required Assessment Year and finally from the Method Type drop down choose Teacher Assessments or Targets and Tests if required
Click Preview
School Percentages
Use this Summary Report to analyse Test Scores and Outcomes as a Percentage with the option to add free text.
Click the Find button to open the select Student Selector and select the required Students and then choose from the Key Stage dropdown and then the required Assessment Year and finally if required type into the Report Text to include text in your Report.

Targets and Tests Analysis
Use this Summary Report to analyse Test Scores and Outcomes as a Number with Student Totals and Gender Split
Click the Find button to open the select Student Selector and select the required Students and then choose from the Key Stage dropdown and then the required Assessment Year.

Use this Summary Report to analyse Teacher Assessments as a Number with Student Totals and Gender Split
