How to Create Associations

Note: All pages below are subject to having relevant Roles and Permissions.

Associations are to attach to your Result Types, they are similar to files for the time of year/frequency that you wish to collect the data.

For example if you have half termly data collection points you would create 6 associations, these can be labelled as you chose, For example: Assessment Point 1, Assessment Point 2, or Autumn 1, Autumn 2, Spring 1, Spring 2 etc.  

Hover on the Modules heading on the Toolbar select Assessment and click on Assessment Components.

From the Assessment Component drop down choose Terms.

Select the New button and add a Name, this can be named after TermsMonths, or Assessment Points. For example Autumn 1, Assessment Point 1.

Click Create to save.

Or from the drop down list select  Key Stages if you are setting Targets or entering End of Key Stage Assessments or Terms if it is more frequent.

When finished click the Create button.
