How to Create Associations

Term Associations are to attach to your Result Types, they define the time of year/frequency with which the data is collected.

Access: The minimum permissions required to access Assessment Components can be found in the Assessment module from within Config > Setup > Roles & Permissions.

Go to Modules > Assessment > Assessment Components

From the Assessment Component drop down choose Terms.

Select the New button and add a Name, this can be named after TermsMonths, or Assessment Points. For example if you have half termly data collection points you could create 6 Associations, these can be labelled as you chose. Ensure that the Active tick box is selected.

Click Create to save.
