How to use the EYFS GLD Analysis Report

Note: All pages below are subject to having relevant Roles and Permissions.

This report is part of Primary Tracker and will allow you to track Students EYFS Progress and see if they are on track to reach GLD (Good Level of Development).

From the left Menu go to Modules > Analysis > Primary Tracker > EYFS GLD Analysis

Enter the Parameters for the report, using the dropdown lists, selecting GLD Subjects will select these Subjects only to save you having to select them individually.

Ticking the Grade totals & info or the Percentages & info options will add these to the report. You will need to click the Run Report button when finished and after each change you make, to reload the page with the new information.

The options to Change the Academic Year, Add/Remove Additional Columns and Export to Excel are available by using the top right options.

Click to change the Academic Year.

Click to Add/Remove Columns.

Click to Export to Excel.
