Submitting Your Notice of Termination or Non-Renewal

  • We’d be very sad to see you go, but if you wish to terminate or not renew your contract with us, please email Accounts@bromcom.com.
  • We want to make sure we process your request promptly; please ensure you don’t contact us via any other Bromcom channel regarding your notice

Requesting a Data Backup

If you want to request a data backup, please log a case with Support and include the following information:

  • Details of the request 
  • Exact date you need the data backup
  • Specify MIS, Finance, or both 

SLA : It can take 5-8 working days to provide the data backup from the point you log a case with support.

Important to know.

  • Please note that data backup requests will only be processed if submitted through a Support case.
  • If you plan to terminate or not renew your contract, we will not process these requests. In such cases, please contact Accounts@bromcom.com to submit your notice, and refrain from logging a case with Support.
