Our role-based training plans are designed to make it easy for schools and trusts to assign the right training to the right people. It’s important that each staff member completes the training specific to their role, rather than relying on one person to take all the courses and share the information. This ensures everyone has the knowledge they need to perform their responsibilities confidently and accurately.

In the guide below we’ll look at how to use the Bromcom eFront Training site, including;
- How you can sign up and login.
- Find which courses are relevant to you.
- Complete courses and sign up for live webinars as well as the other functions
of the Training Site.

IMPORTANT: Newly onboarded schools will have a dedicated training URL. It is vital that all users are signed up to the correct training site to allow for training progress to be monitored. Before creating an account, please ensure the correct URL is being used. If you are unsure, please contact your Project Manager or Onboarding Manager.
The Go Live Readiness Checklist is a vital tool designed to help you monitor progress and ensure all key elements of your MIS implementation are on track.
- It provides a structured view of the essential tasks, dependencies, and decisions that need to be completed before your system can go live.
- We recommend referring to the checklist regularly throughout the project. It acts as both a guide and a safety net, helping to identify any gaps early, maintain momentum, and ensure your team is well prepared for each stage of the rollout.
- By completing the checklist in full, you’ll have the confidence that your data is accurate, your staff are trained, your configuration is aligned to your needs, and your users are ready.
- Most importantly, it supports a smooth and successful go live, with minimal disruption and maximum impact
