Use this guide to resolve the School Workforce Census Query 4100.

| 4100Q | <TeacherNumber> should be provided where: [<QTS> or <EYTS> or <QTLS>] is equal to true or 1 OR Within any open contract (<Post> is one of [HDT, DHT, AHT, TCH, TCM, TCU, APP, or LDP] AND no <PayRange> is equal to ‘UT’). | Teacher with Teacher Number missing: Please supply either the correct Teacher Number or a reason for its omission in a return level note. |
Navigate to the staff member’s record and click the left hand side Background Check tab.
Scroll down to the Qualification Checks panel, double on the section of the panel outlined below.
This will open the Add/Edit Qualification Checks panel and within the Professional Details tab check the Teacher Number.
Click Save.
IMPORTANT in order for the resolved error/query to be removed from the list of errors/queries you would need to generate a new Census return and remember to use save & validate for the errors/queries to update/clear.
