In this guide, we will show you how to resolve the School Workforce Census Error 4100.
If you have run your SWF Census and are finding the 4100 Error against some of your staff members, use the steps in this guide to resolve the Error.
To begin, go to the staff member’s record and select the Background Check panel.
Scroll down further until you see the Qualifications Check panel and once you are there, double on the section of the panel outlined below.
This will open the Add/Edit Qualification Checks panel and within the Professional Details side of it, you will see the field for Teacher Number.
Once the Teacher Number is added, press Save.
You can now run a new SWF Census and once you Save & Validate it, the 4100 Error should be cleared.
