How to View Important Student Documents in a Seating Plan

Access: There are no specific permissions required to take Registers, once you are assigned to a Teaching Class/Tutor Group and you have the Teacher Role, you will have access to the Lesson Dashboard where you can take Registers. Other areas like the User Timetable page or Groups>Actions>Take Registers do have specific permissions.

In this guide we will show you how you can view and download Student Important Documents from a Seating Plan both from the New and Old User Interface

From within the Student Profile documents can be flagged and in turn viewed as Important Documents. In the example below the Red Flag indicates an Important Document. Clicking on the flag icon makes a document important, click again to remove the Important Document Flag. In addition when adding a document you are given the choice to make it important.

Seating Plan New User Interface

The Blue Flag beneath the Student photo denotes this Student has Important Documents attached to their Student Profile.

Clicking on to Projector Mode will remove the Flag

Click on the flag to Download the document, if the Student has more than one Important Document then a pop up will show asking you to choose which one to Download.

The Red Flag beneath the Student photo denotes this Student has Important Documents attached to their Student Profile.

Clicking on to Projector Mode will remove the Flag.

Click on the flag to Download the document, if the Student has more than one Important Document then a pop up will appear with a list of Important Documents asking you to choose which one to Download.
