Note: All pages below are subject to having relevant Roles and Permissions.
Go to Modules, Finance and then select Cost centre and Ledger Links in the Maintenance section.
By selecting relevant button:
•Links Only will show currently Linked Cost Centres and Ledgers
•Links and unlinked cost centres will show Unlinked Cost Centres as well as Links
•Links and unlinked ledgers will show all Links together with Unlinked Ledgers
Click Add to create new Link.
Double click on the Cost Centre and the Add button to add a new Ledger Code.
Use the Search option to find the correct Ledger Code, then click Save to save the selections.
The Link is now saved, confirm by re-running Cost Centre Links from the Maintenance menu.
