Student Attendance can be configured to be viewed on the Student Portal.
From Config select Student Portal and Attendance.
Tick the box to choose whether it will be Enabled or not. Enabled will display the Widget on the Student Portal.
Then choose the Title for the module and the Subtitle and select the Periods to be displayed and which calculations to display.
Exceptions – these can be added so certain Student Groups see differences from others. For example – if KS5 Students don’t attend Period 5 because it is independent study, you would set this up by clicking on the New button and filling in the relevant information then clicking the Save button.
Attendance Code Settings
Allows you to customise the Attendance Codes to ensure this is presented clearly for the users.
The Tick boxes allow any untaken Marks to be displayed as Present and Lates to be included into the Present figures, if selected.
When finished, click Save.
