How to Configure Timetable for Student Portal

This guide looks at how to configure the Timetable view for Students in Student Portal.

Access: The minimum permissions required to access Timetable can be found in the Student Portal module from within Config > Setup > Roles and Permissions.

From the left Menu go to Config > Student Portal > Timetable.

Pathway

This will open the Timetable Events Module Settings page, select the options you want and click the Save button.

Tick to Enable
  • Enable Timetable Events– choose whether it will be Enabled or not, Enabled will display the Widget on the Student Portal
  • Timetable Events Module Title – choose the Title for the module
  • Timetable Events Module Subtitle – choose the Subtitle for the module
  • Visible Periods – tick the boxes for the Periods to be displayed
  • Visible Days – tick the boxes for the Days to be displayed
