This guide looks at how to configure the Timetable view for Students in the Student Portal and the Student App.
Access: The minimum permissions required to access Timetable can be found in the Student Portal module from within Config > Setup > Roles and Permissions.

From the left Menu go to Config > Student Portal > Timetable.
This will open the Timetable Events Module Settings page.
Select Enable Timetable Events to enable Students to view their own Timetables through the Student Portal and Student App. Enter the Title you would like displayed in Timetable Events Module Title, and enter a subtitle in Timetable Events Module Subtitle.
The top section of the page relates to the Student’s Timetable, use the tick boxes to select which Periods and Days should be visible.
To allow Students to view Teacher’s Timetables in the Student Portal and the Student App, tick Enable Teacher Timetable and then use the tick boxes to select which Periods and Days of the Teachers Timetables should be available for the Students to View.
When Enable Teacher Timetable is ticked: Students will see teacher timetable information in:
- Student App > Timetable: Teacher tab is visible
- Student Portal > My Subjects: Teacher Timetable icon is displayed
