Note: All pages below are subject to having relevant Roles and Permissions.

Assessment and Exam Results can be viewed from the Student Portal.

From the left Menu go to Config > Student Portal > Assessment.

This will open the Assessment Module Settings page.

• Enable Assessment– choose whether it will be Enabled or not, Enabled will display the Widget on the Student Portal
• Assessment Module Title – choose the Title for the module
• Assessment Module Subtitle – choose the Subtitle for the module
• Displayed Information – select the Fields to be Displayed and the Displayed Name
• Show Fine Assessment in Student Portal – for Fine Assessment to be displayed in the Student Portal the new check-box Show in Student Portal must be ticked. This can be controlled by the Head of Subject directly through the Marksheet or alternatively by an Administrator from the Fine Assessment template page. Note: If the global setting above is not ticked, then this overrides the check box in the template and nothing will be shown in the Student Portal.

Tick and name the Terms of data you wish to display and if they are to Show on Widget – you may wish to consult the person responsible for Assessment when doing this.

Tick and name the Results of data you wish to display and if they are to Show on Widget – you may wish to consult the person responsible for Assessment when doing this.

When finished click the Save button
