How to Configure Assessment for Student Portal

Note: All pages below are subject to having relevant Roles and Permissions.

Assessment and Exam Results can be viewed from the Student Portal. These can be updated through the year. For example, the school may wish to keep the assessment data hidden for each collection point until it has been checked and signed off by the Head of Subject.

To start, from Config select Student Portal and Assessment.

Assessment Settings

Tick the box to choose whether it will be Enabled or not. Enabled will display the Widget on the Student Portal.

Then choose the Title for the module and the Subtitle (if required).

Display Information

Now you can run through the list ad select the Fields to be Displayed.

Tick and name the Terms of data you wish to display and Results

Note: you may wish to consult the person responsible for Assessment when doing this.

When you’re finished click Save.
