This guide has been created to outline the steps required to Configure your MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) settings to make Parents Evenings visible to Parents.

For a Parents Evening to be displayed in MyChildAtSchool it must be Configured to do so.
To do this from the left Menu go to Config>MyChildAtSchool>Parents Evening.

Complete the information from the options below;
- Choose whether it will be Enabled or not. Enabled will display the Parents Evening Module on MCAS.
Note: This will not display as a Widget on the Dashboard, it will be in the left side Menu on MCAS.
- Tick the Teacher tick box to display the available sessions by Teacher Name or Teacher and Subject. A Teacher may have multiple Subjects and there will be one session per Teacher covering all the Subjects.
- Ticking the Allow Parent/Teacher Communication tick box will allow the MCAS User to send a message directly to the Teacher.

When you’re finished, click Save.
Your MyChildAtSchool has now been configured to display Parents Evenings.
