How to manage Contact Email addresses

School can use this guide to view or report on Contact Email Addresses stored in the MIS either from:

Access: the minimum permissions required to access Contacts is stored in Framework>Others from Config>Set Up>Roles and Permissions

MCAS User Account Emails

Go to Modules>MCAS>User Accounts

Pathway

The screen will open to show Students or Contacts with an MCAS User Account, the view will depend on which was selected the last time the user viewed this screen. So if Select Contacts is chosen then the next time this is accessed the system will remember the previous choice.

Grid Actions

From this screen you can use the Grid Actions to Export, Copy or Print the Contact information.

Student Data Check Report

Schools can use this report to send out to Contacts to ensure all Contact details are correct.

Go to Reports>Administration>Student Data Check Report

Pathway

Select the required Students, for a single Student type the name into Student Name or click Find to open the full Student Selector List to select multiple Students.

If multiple Students are selected you can define the Order By.

Then you can download or print the reports to send to the Contacts for checking.
