From Config select MyChildAtSchool and click on Attendance.
Attendance Module Settings
- Choose whether it will be Enabled or not, Enabled will display the Widget on the Parent Portal.
- Choose the Title Parents will see and the Subtitle.
- Select whether to display AM/PM only, Periods only or AM/PM and Periods by ticking the Visible Periods boxes.
- Choose whether you want the Attendance Calculations based on Visible Periods or Statutory AM/PM only and whether Future Marks will be included (these may be an error).
You can also add Exceptions by clicking the New button. For example you may choose to only display certain Period Marks for specific Year Groups and Class Groups. When completed click on the Create button.
Attendance Code Settings
This allows you to customise the information.
Name the Attendance Code Types and select the Colours for the Background and Text.
Tick the boxes to clarify how you want certain codes to be shown for Parents to prevent confusing them.
When you’re finished, click on the Save button.
