Note: All pages below are subject to having relevant Roles and Permissions.
From the left Menu go to Config > MyChildAtSchool > Timetable.
This will open the Timetable Settings page, select the options you want and click the Save button.
- Enable Timetable Module – choose whether it will be Enabled or not, Enabled will display the Widget on MCAS
- Timetable Module Title – choose the Title for the module
- Timetable Module Subtitle – choose the Subtitle for the module
- *Visible Periods – tick the boxes for the Periods to be displayed. See tip below.
- Enable Academic Calendar– choose whether it will be Enabled or not, Enabled will display the Widget on MCAS
- Academic Calendar Module Title – choose the Title for the module
- Academic Calendar Module Subtitle – choose the Subtitle for the module
- Academic Calendar Day Statuses – can be renamed and the background and text colours changed
*Tip: where Visible Periods are not ticked the MCAS desktop version will still show the timetable. In order to see the periods on the MCAS App ensure the required visible periods are ticked.
