In this guide we’ll look at how you can view details about Clubs and Trips and take a Register for them in the new Teacher App.
The Teacher App is designed to help Teachers complete their day to day tasks, on the go, quickly and easily and is free to download from the App Store for iPhones or Google Play Store for other devices.

From the Modules screen select Clubs & Trips.
It will display a list of Clubs & Trips, click on the Club or Trip that you would like to see more information about or take a Register for.
At the top you will see further detail about the Club.
Below this, you can take a Register for the club. It will default to todays date, but you can select the Date you would like to take the Register for by clicking on the Calendar Icon.
You’ll then see some key Attendance figures including how many Present marks, how many Late marks and how many Other.
You have the option to assign the same Attendance mark to all Students using the Set All button.
You’ll then be given the option of which Attendance mark you would like to apply to all Students.
You can also set Attendance for the Students individually by clicking into the Student and selecting an Attendance mark. You can move between Students using the Next and Previous buttons at the bottom.
Once you’ve entered Attendance marks for all of the Students, click Submit to save the Register.
You’ll receive the following Confirmation message. click OK to close.
