External Links can be added and viewed directly from the Favourites option on the left Menu. To view these from the left Menu go to Favourites > External Links

Note: External Links will have to be added under Config > Administration > External Links, before they can be accessed from the Favourites menu.

Note: The External Links will only be displayed in the Favourites menu for the selected Roles.

Config > Administration > External Links

Add your External Links, allowing easy access to External URLs by the School.

Config > Setup > Roles and Permissions > Administration > Maintenance > External Links

The option will have to be enabled from the Administration module for the appropriate Roles.
