The Broad Area of Need is a drop down menu in the SEN Area of the Student Profile. Please click here to find guidance on how to view it and add information to it on the Student Profile. This guide is to support you in adding further Needs to the dropdown menu.

From the left Menu go to Config > Administration > Lookup Tables

Select Broad Area of Need from the dropdown list.

The current options in the list will appear. You can add to the list by clicking New and a box will appear on the right to add a Name and Description for your Broad Area of Need.

Click Create to Save.

This will instantly add it to your dropdown menu in the Student Profile – SEN Area and allow you to update their Broad Area of Need. Click here for support in updating SEN Information on the Students Profile.
