This guide will show you how to authorise an item added by another member of staff
Access: In order to carry out this task, you will need the following minimum permissions from within the Finance Module of Config>Setup>Roles & Permissions
From the menu on the left, select Finance>Procurement>Search/Authorise
This will open a new screen with various parameters available. Select Submitted in the Approval Status and click Apply to get all items that require authorisation.
This will bring a table of items that have been submitted and are awaiting approval.
To Authorise, select the items you wish to authorise by ticking the boxes to the left
And Click Authorise at the top of the page
This will bring another pop up to select items and Approve or Reject
Select the items and Approve or Reject as necessary
You will receive a notification that these items have been approved successfully
