We will guide you through the steps for setting up LDAP. Please read Microsoft Knowedgebase article 321051, linked below.

One you have completed the work in the article you will need to login to the Bromcom
MIS and go to the following location.

From the Menu on the left go to Config > Setup > Security Settings

Click on the tick box to Enable Active Directory Integration (via LDAP)

You will need to fill in the 3 fields.

Active Directory Domain Name: ldap.(Name).(Domain name)
Service Account Username:
Service Account Password:

Once done click on the Test button.

If the test fails please check your settings and credentials again. If you have any further issues please contact the support team.
