In this guide, we will show you how to Post a Purchase Order Invoice in the MAT Finance Module. This is used once the Order has been received and ready to pay.
Access: The minimum permissions required to Post a Purchase Order Invoice are found in the Finance Module of Config>Setup>Roles & Permissions.
From the left Menu, go to Finance>Procurement>Purchase Invoice.
Once the page loads, make sure to complete the following fields – Supplier, Delivery Address, Invoice Number and Invoice Total.
This will bring up all outstanding payments after the Goods Received Note has been added.
Delete any lines that are not required by clicking on the rubbish bin icon at the end of the line.
When the Posting matches the Invoice, select Post.
You will receive a success notification stating the Invoice has been Posted and will go to the authoriser in the workflow for the final authorisation.
