This guide looks at how you can access and run the Fire Drill Report.
Access: The minimum permissions required to run the Fire Drill report can be found under the Attendance module from within Config > Setup > Roles and Permissions.
Important: Only Staff Members with the relevant permissions will be able to run the Fire Drill Report, so it is important to ensure in advance that these permissions are in place for any Staff Members that may be required to run this report in case of an emergency.
Access the Fire Drill Report by clicking the icon in the top right hand corner of your screen,
This will automatically load a print preview window for the Fire Drill Report. By default, this is grouped by Tutor Group. Within the Print Preview window you can choose to Save or Print the Fire Drill Report in its current format.
Alternatively, if you would like to make changes to the way the students are grouped on the report, you can click Cancel. This will take you back to the report preview window, click Edit.
You will then have the option to run the report by All Houses, All Rooms at this time, or using a Custom Selection, if you choose Custom Selection, this will open a Group Selector for you to choose which groups to run the report for.
Once you’ve made your selection, click Save to be taken back to load the Fire Drill Report with your updated settings.
