Use this guide to generate a list of Staff Members who left the school within a given period of time.
Access: the permissions required to access the Staff list page are found in the Framework module from Config>Set Up> Roles and Permissions
First select Staff from the left hand menu.
In the top right hand corner, select Search Filters.
Select Leaver from the Status dropdown.
Select the Add/Remove additional columns button, scroll down, tick Leaving Date and press Save.
Click on the Filter Icon within the Leaving Date column header and set the period of time you would like to see leavers for.
For example, to see Staff Members who left between 1st January 2023 and 31st March 2023, in the first dropdown you would select Is After and then in the date field below select 01/01/2023, in the second dropdown you would select And, then in the final dropdown select Is Before and in the date field below select 31/03/2023, as per the following image.
Once you are happy with your selection click Filter.
The table will then display a list of all the Staff Members who left within the period of time you selected. If you would like to Export the list you can do that by clicking the Export icon in the top right hand corner.
