In this guide, we show How to Complete CFR Code Mapping within the Finance Module.
Access: The minimum permissions required to complete the CFR Code Mapping are found in the Finance Module section of Config > Setup > Roles & Permissions.
Pre-requisites: Ledger Codes must be set up within the Finance Module to complete CFR Code Mapping.

To begin, go to Modules > Finance > Finance Home Page > Maintenance > CFR Code Mapping.
From the CFR Code Mapping overview page, highlight the CFR Code to be mapped, using the Category dropdown to select the required Category.
Highlight the Available Ledger Codes to map, using the Show Types dropdown to select the required Type.
Click Add.
The Ledger now shows in the Mapped Ledger Codes section.
To Import a CFR Code Mapping rather than manually inputting the mappings, click Import.
Click Choose File and select the CSV file from its saved location.
Click Import.
All CFR Code Mappings contained within the CSV file will now show in the Mapped Ledger Codes.
To Clear Mappings, select the CFR Code Category to clear from the dropdown click Clear Mappings.
Confirm the action with Yes or No.
This will Clear CFR Code Mappings from the Category selected.
The Validation Report can be used to validate CFR Code Mappings in report format. Click Validation report on the CFR Code Mapping page.
Select the parameters. The Mapped Ledger Codes Report gives details of all Mapped Ledger Codes.
Here is an example of the Mapped Ledger Codes Validation Report.
The Unmapped Ledger Codes Report gives details of all Unmapped Ledger Codes. It shows any Ledger Codes that are not mapped. It is useful in ensuring all Ledger Codes are mapped.
