In this guide, we will show you how to post a Non Order Purchase Invoice which can be used for Invoices without Orders already on the system.
Access: The minimum permissions required to carry out this action are found in the Finance Module of Config>Setup>Roles & Permissions.
From the left Menu, go to Finance>New Entry>Non Order PI.
Once the page loads, complete all of the following fields – Supplier, Site, Invoice Date, Document Control (£) and Invoice Number.
Once the details have been entered, press Add New Record.
Next, complete the following fields – Cost Centre, Ledger Code, Description, Net Amount and Tax Code.
Use the Tick under the Actions column to confirm the details.
If further lines are required, press Add New Record and repeat the above step.
Once the Non Order PI matches the Invoice, press Post.
You will then receive a notification stating the Non-Order Purchase Invoice has been posted successfully.
