How to Set up Analysis for Interventions

Note: All pages below are subject to having the relevant Roles and Permissions.

Intervention Administrators can use this guide to create templates to analyse student interventions by Intervention Groups, Intervention Category, or Active Students.

From the Home Screen select Modules > Analysis > Interventions.

Interventions pathway

To create a new analysis click New Template from the dropdown.

In the Settings tab give the Template a Name and define which Role(s) can see the Template.

Click Save.

From the Data Scope tab, select the required fields from the dropdown choices:

  • Interval: choose Academic Year or Date Range.
  • Academic Year: choose a single year from the dropdown.

From the Analyse By tab, select the required fields from the dropdown choices.

Analyse By: Select either Intervention Groups, Intervention Category, or Active Students, and then select the required options depending on the Analyse By choice.

In this example, Analyse By is set to Intervention Category (Speech Therapy).

 Note: more than one adjustment type can be chosen.

Analyse By example

Click Save & Apply.

A Summary report is then displayed, based on the selected template options showing information about membership groups and intervention sessions, including duration and costs. Click on any row in the report to see detailed Student Breakdown information.

Config > Setup > Roles and Permissions > Analysis > Assessment > Interventions

This option must be enabled from the Analysis module for the appropriate roles.
