In this guide, we show how to produce a Supplier Spend Over £10k Report in the Finance Module.
Access: The minimum permissions required to Produce a Supplier Spend Over £10k Report are found in the Finance Module section of Config > Setup > Roles & Permissions.

To begin, go to Modules > Finance > Finance Home Page > Accounts Payable > Invoices and Credit Notes.
To produce an In-Year Spending Report, remove the tick(s) from Outstanding for Active Year and Outstanding for All Year(s).
Next, drag the column header Supplier Name to where it says Drag here to set row groups.
Suppliers’ Invoices and Credit Notes are then grouped together, with the total number of Invoices and Credit Notes shown in brackets next to the Supplier Name, and the total value of those Invoices and Credit Notes shown in the Inv/Crd Value (£) column.
In the example shown below, Cool Milk has 15 Invoices and Credit Notes to the value of £12,378.31.
Clicking twice on the Inv/Crd Value (£) column header sorts the column according to highest value first. This then forms the basis of the Report. Suppliers with a spend over £10k are easily identified.
To export the Report as a CSV or an Excel, right click anywhere on the grid and select CSV Export or Excel Export, as required.
To produce the report for other Financial Years, or a combination of Financial Years, click on the Columns pop out on the right and tick Financial Year.
Then in the Financial Year column that is now displayed in the grid, click on the Filter Icon and select the Financial Years to view by placing a tick in the required box(es).
The grid now shows the total spend for each Supplier for the selected Financial Years.
To export the Report as a CSV or an Excel, right click anywhere on the grid and select CSV Export or Excel Export, as required.
