How to locate items in the Staff Profile

In this guide, we will show you where to look for the following items in the Staff Profile.

Access: The minimum permissions required to access this part of the Staff Profile are found in the Framework Module of Config>Setup>Roles & Permissions.

To begin, go to the Staff List Page by clicking Staff on the vertical bar on the left of the screen

From there, click on the Staff you need to update and press View. In the example below we have chosen a single member of Staff however, you can select multiple if required.

Click to Select>View

This will open in the Staff Profile, if you have selected more than one Staff member from the Staff List Page then you will be able to click Next.

In the Profile panel if you click on the top right drop down next to All you will see it contains the following items.

  • Emergency Contacts
  • Ethnicity & Religion
  • Medical Conditions
  • Medical Events
  • Banking
  • Vehicles

Timetable

This contains an onscreen view of the current weeks Timetable for the selected Staff member, you can amend the dates using the Term and Week Beginning drop down and Print the Timetable if required.

Absences and Leave Requests

In the Absences & Leave Requests panel if you click on the top right drop down next to All you will see it contains the following items.

  • Absences
  • Leave Requests

Claims

In the Claims panel if you click on the top right drop down next to All you will see it contains the following items.

  • Additional Hours
  • Expense Claims

Qualifications

In the Qualifications panel if you click on the top right drop down next to All you will see it contains the following items.

  • Qualifications
  • Subjects Offered
  • Trainings

Performance Management

In the Performance Management panel if you click on the top right drop down next to All you will see it contains the following items.

  • Staff Objectives
  • Reviews
  • CPD Activities
  • CPD
  • Staff Conduct
  • Staff Probation
  • Line Managers
  • Direct Reports

Background Check

In the Background Check panel if you click on the top right drop down next to All you will see it contains the following items.

  • Previous Employer
  • Right to Work
  • Background Check
  • DBS Evidence
  • Check and Seen
  • Address Check
  • Photo ID Check

Documents

In the Documents panel you can add Document to the Staff Profile by clicking + in the Document list panel , in addition you can search, archive, flag, download or delete Documents for the selected Staff member.
