This area allows you to Add External Agencies for example you may use an Agency for Cover Staff. Once these External Agencies have been created you can assign Supply Staff to them if required.
Access: The minimum permissions required to access External Agencies can be found in the Administration module from within Config > Setup > Roles & Permissions.

From the left Menu go to Config > Administration > External Agencies.
To create a new Agency, click New.
You must first enter the Name (max 30 characters) and Description of the Agency and click on the Create button to enable you to enter the Telephone, Email and Address.
You also have the option to record Written Confirmation of Vetting Checks however this is optional, depending on whether this is required for the Agency.
