This guide will show you how to Create a New Ledger Code in the MAT Finance Module. Create new ledger codes for individual items (i.e. a Club or a Trip).

Note: All pages below are subject to having relevant Roles and Permissions.

From the left Menu go to Config > Finance > Ledger Codes.

Select New.

Complete the Ledger Code Details

Complete the Extended Details and Mappings Tabs

Fill in the details and select Save.
