Login into Vision and from the left Menu select Analysis > Grid Data > Student Absences

This will open the Student Absences page, showing the Student Absences.

The Filter button top right allows the Date Range, Preferred First Name, Preferred Last Name, Schools, Calendar Name, Attendance Mark, Mark Meaning and Attendance Subcode, to be changed. The number of Filters selected is then displayed in the Filters button and the selected Filters beneath the Filters button.

Note: The Date Range is selected by default within the Filter option, which will be displayed blue. Any other manually selected Filters will display green.

Clicking on a row will open a right side Student Absences panel, showing Basic Details, Unique Identifiers, Enrolment Details, Funding & Allowances and Prior Attainment.

The Clear Column Filters button will only be Enabled when Column Filters are Active.

Clicking the Open in School MIS button allows a User with the appropriate Permissions to redirect to the Student Attendance page.

The table can also be exported using the Export as Excel button.
