Use this guide to resolve School Census Error 2275

Error 2275:

• DfE Validation: Where <Category> is present, it must be a valid value of either ‘PERM’ or ‘SUSP’
• Explanation: From Students>Student Profile>Behaviour>Exclusions>double click on the Exclusion record, the Exclusion Type must be either Permanent or Suspension. Save

Go to the Student Profile and select Behaviour from the left hand tabs, then on the top right All drop down select Exclusions

Then double click on the Exclusion record

Check the Exclusion Type has been completed and is correct. Save and Close.

IMPORTANT in order for the resolved error/query to be removed from the list of errors/queries you would need to generate a new Census return and remember to use save & validate for the errors/queries to update/clear.
