Use this guide to resolve School Census Error 2701
Error 2701:
DfE Validation:
- Where <LearningAimStatus> does not equal ‘3’, <LearningAimWithdrawalReason> must not be present.
- A learning aim withdrawal reason is only required where the learner has withdrawn and the learning aim status is recorded as ‘3’
Explanation:
- Go to Student Profile>Enrolment>Learning Aim and check that only Learning Aims with a Status that is Withdrawn have a Withdrawal reason.
- Tip: This error can trigger in the scenario a Learning Aim Status is set to Withdrawn and given a Withdrawal Reason then set back to Status = Continuing. In this case set the Status back to Withdrawn then ensure no Withdrawal Reason is selected then set Status back to Continuing>Save.
See below for DfE codes for Learning Aim Status and Withdrawal Reason.
